Excellent hotel in every sense. Clean, attractive, great breakfast, fabulous staff.
I would like to highlight the great predisposition that miss Florencia had with me and my friends when we arrived to the hotel. We got there without reservation and looking for a place. She said that the hotel was full, but made us wait a little to try to accommodate us. Finally she got something for all of us. Her kindness and professionalism made a difference in my experience there.
Giving a bad review because the manager in the morning of Nov 25 made us wait on the lobby for any of the two rooms we had booked from 12:30pm to 2:15pm, even though we had requested an (relatively) early check-in. He showed no manners or humanity. The rest of the staff were very nice but can't compensate for waiting almost two hours in a lobby under construction with 3 kids, the oldest 5 yo. Hotel is also super old and rooms have a bad smell coming from the bathrooms
