Great location near the Obelisco and 1minute walk from the Confiteria La Ideal. Room was clean and roomy and surprisingly quiet given the location in Centro.
I was very surprised with how the stay went, expected a 4 star hotel for the price. It was not a great experience. The front desk was very nice when I informed them of the issues, but they would still not cancel my stay. Issues I found: dirty towels, stained pillow cases, make up smudges on end tables, dirty fixtures, MOLD on bathroom ceiling, cracked bath tub, hard uncomfortable beds, BROKEN AC- so the room was hot all night. The hotel felt very outdated for the price they charge. TV only had cable. I did appreciate the front desk upgrading us to another room, that is the only positive to this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. I felt too stupid to trust google reviews… If you want to have a decent stay, choose other places. 1) Street noise: the room window is not well shut and you will hear construction noise as if you are staying on the street. 2) Amenity. They say they have electric kettle on the website which they actually don’t.
