Very nice and friendly staff. Complementary fruit, flavored water, and sweets in the lobby. Meat centric food on the first floor that you can order there or have delivered to your room. The rooms were very large and bed super comfortable. Felt very luxurious. Had a separate room off the bathroom for getting dressed which included a wardrobe and a comfortable chair. I would say it was big enough for a single bed to fit which was kind of a wow factor for me. Everything was modern and very clean. Huge shower that could easily accommodate 2 people and very modern finishes I would expect in a high end hotel in the USA. Walking distance to the main part of Cali that is known for shopping and night life. Overall, very reasonable price for the accommodations.

I stayed at NH Boulevard del Río Cali for three nights (Feb 11-14, 2025) as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned. The bed was comfortable, and the desk was perfect for getting some work done on my laptop. One small thing to note—if you take a hot shower, make sure to keep the bathroom door closed! I accidentally set off the smoke alarm due to steam, but that was on me. The hotel is quiet, especially if you get an interior room. One of the best features is the open-air central area—when the weather is nice, they open the retractable roof, making breakfast a really enjoyable experience. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer parking for visitors, but there is parking available nearby. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely recommend.

There was a slight gas smell in our room, which they said was caused by the water heater. I started feeling unwell, so they moved us to a nicer room. During checkout, I requested a refund for the two nights, and they agreed, but we haven’t received it yet. They also offered free breakfast, but we weren’t informed in time, so we missed it—poor communication on their part. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
