Great hotel in the center of the city with in a very nice location in front of a park and with walking distance to all the main sites of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Nice and modern rooms, restaurant and entrance hall , with a perfect service and attentive staff. For more than 10 years I have been visiting Vitoria once or twice per year and I always stay in this hotel, and more to come!
The location was great across from Florida park and short walk to the tram and Medieval old town. Enjoyed exercise room and quite , upscale hotel room.
Although it was fully booked when we were passing through on our drive through Spain a few nights ago, the clerk at reception was very kind. She called several hotels nearby until she found us a room. Her empathy and kindness and gentle smile will not be forgotten. If going to Vitória Gasteiz, a beautiful city, I would definitely be reserving at NH Canciller Ayala Hotel!
