NH Catania Centro

Amazing location, came get better. Nice room with balcony over the Cathedral. Basic but comfortable. Top welcoming staff, Simone and Piero made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. This hotel was such a great deal. The A/C was a bit loud, but worked fine, and there's some noise from the square obviousl. I'm used to sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me at all.

We stayed here at the end of our two week trip around Sicily. It was absolutely the best! We were greeted by a lovely concierge, Agata, who made the early check in wonderfully easy. She remained a help to us throughout our stay! We were delighted at the size and comfort of our junior suite. The bed was perfect and the shower deluxe and very welcome. Access is difficult in front of the hotel as with all Catania streets, space is limited at best. It was a quick uber to Catania airport so it is convenient for travelers. We found excellent restaurants and street life close by and heartily recommend this NH hotel

The room was great and comfortable, but it would benefit from more sound insulation. Check-in was a breeze, even at midnight. The front staff was fairly helpful and spoke many languages, which was great. The only con is that parking is extremely challenging to find in this area, and for a hotel that charges such a high amount per night, there should be parking spaces available for guests. The location is convenient, but do note that it can get a bit loud in the evenings.
