NH City Buenos Aires

I stayed here from May 14th-22nd. Positives: The location was great. Close to attractions and restaurants. The A/C was cold. The staff was very friendly and brought extra blankets on requests. They have a same day laundry service, but it is closed on Sundays. Negatives: It is listed as a 5 star hotel but it's closer to a 3 star comparable to hotels in the USA. It is in need of an update but the price of around $70 per night was fair and the rooms were clean.

Room was fine really, only thinkg the bathroom feels cold even when you turn on heater, it's difficult to warm up the bathroom and it was like zero outside. The mattress is little bit strange I gave them 4*. Breakfast buffet is good with healthy options like vegetables which is a must for me in the morning. The coffee is great and everything else quite good! The service is very good. The hotel is at excellent location, 5 min from Casa Rosada and lots of museums, also in the street there is an excellent market(in style like Christmas markets) with great food and things to buy. Also Puente de la Mujer and great walkside . I enjoyed my stay in BA. 💯❤️

3rd day without electricity in the building. Room feels like a sauna. The whole block has power, this hotel does not. And no one seems to care! On top of that only 2 of the 3 elevators work which is super inconvenient, it takes forever to either go up or down. Staff is stressed and overwhelmed. Having an awful experience here. It’s been a nightmare.
