NH Ciudad de Almeria

Visited Almeria for 3 days. The location perfect to see the sights and walk to the beach. The room was a good size and perfectly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning in the room was perfect very little sound and always a nice temperature. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was excellent. We couldn't fault this hotel.

Nice big room with a HUGE bed. No balcony but the hotel has a terrace on the side of the building. TV is so small that it seems like a practical joke. Staff (young ladies) were very friendly and helpful with reservations and directions. It's a 20 to 30 minute walk to the beach so a swimming pool would have been nice. Parking is very expensive but parking in the neighborhood is free.

Rooms are nice but not too modern. Bathroom with a large tub and shower, however, bc the water pressure was but that great ☹️(even though the shower heads were small plate sized with massage functions and stuff). TV, small fridge (ours felt like it didn't cool stuff enough), usually two single beds (more like two double beds) put together: we got a king size😉. Views are whatever, but it had a small terrace with a nice view. It has a gym, several meeting rooms and the breakfast room. Even though we went during covid-19 aftermath, the buffet style breakfast was served by the staff. You get all the standards, eggs made to order, fruits, breads, yogurt... Standard... Location for us was great success we did not go with a car, so, the bus station to go to the beaches was 5 min walking distance. You can also go walking to the San Miguel beach which is 20min walking distance which is super nice. City center, with all the bars and restaurants is 25 min walking distance, and it has one chain supermarket 5 min away
