Nice and clean hotel, nice people and amazing breakfast, I definitely recommend staying here 👌🏼

My family and I stayed here from May 24–26, and the room was an uncomfortable 26°C the entire time. The air conditioning and climate control didn’t work, despite being listed as available amenities on their website. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room—but the temperature was exactly the same. When we asked again, staff dismissed our concerns, saying, “that’s just how the temperature works in the winter.” We were told a meeting with management would be arranged before we left, but no meeting was ever scheduled, and the manager had already left when we arrived for said meeting. I reached out multiple times requesting compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience—we were ignored. Despite multiple follow-ups, the hotel never responded. Extremely disappointed by the lack of service and accountability. Would not recommend staying here.

My experience at this hotel started off okay and went down hill immediately. If you read some of the negative reviews here about selectiveness and racism, please take them serious as I did not. The staff is extremely rude and not accommodating at all and if you “bother” them with what is supposed to be their job, they will straight up ignore you as they look at you. There is no coordination between the staff either. I was given the wrong room number, and then accused of smoking in a room I didn’t even have because they gave me the wrong number to begin with. Another issue was room service entered my room even though I had a do not disturb sign, due to important documents in there and this happened every day. Another instance of the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this staff was that the rooms had no microwaves, I had leftovers and asked the front staff if we could heat this at the front desk as there was no other way. I was told we can’t microwave our food because of “food contamination”, which is strange given virtually every hotel I’ve been to will do this service for you if the room doesn’t have a microwave, and when I asked well how am I going to eat this, he replied “I don’t know what to tell you, that’s all the information I have for you” and walked away from me and wouldn’t even provide utensils to eat. Horrible stay, if you want to be taken care of and have staff that actually cares about your stay, don’t book here at all.
