Great stay at NH Ciudad de Zaragoza. The hotel is in a convenient location—very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The only downside was the parking—it was quite tight and a bit tricky to maneuver. But overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!
Rooms are quite small and the parking spot is very small as well. We had to park other auto park. Breakfast was good. It is good only to stay one night.
This is a convenient hotel, very well located right in the city center of Zaragoza. It’s a perfect base to explore the city, as everything is within walking distance. One very good surprise was the Nespresso machine in the room. I honestly wasn’t expecting it in this type of hotel. However, a few things made the stay less comfortable. The room was quite cold, with a bluish-toned light that didn’t feel very welcoming. In the morning, a lot of daylight comes through the curtains, which are not thick enough to block it out properly. The most frustrating part, though, was the housekeeping. From 9 a.m. until noon, they kept knocking on the door repeatedly, even though I clearly said multiple times that I was still in the room and planned to leave at noon. Despite that, they kept insisting and knocking again and again, which was really annoying. At one point, while I was in the shower, they even spoke loudly through the door telling me I had to get out, when it still wasn’t noon. That kind of pressure isn’t acceptable, especially when checkout time was respected. Overall, the hotel did its job but the experience could be improved. Given the quality and the service, I also feel it’s a bit overpriced. To offer truly good value, the rate should probably be around 30% lower than what we paid.
