Good hotel. Very friendly staff at reception. Convenient and spacious underground parking. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Would stay again. Short walk to the city center.

The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly and the two times we called the front office requesting assistance they helped right away! The only huge note and for us the most important, how dirty the restroom was. When we first access our room restroom it smell strong pee. You can also spot a lot of hair everywhere.

Not the best hotel but not the worst. Just very expensive for what it provides. Almost 500€ for a simple double room for 2 nights it’s expensive for what it offers. Bar for example one person doing service after the Guns N Roses concert, obviously it was a logistical nightmare. If they charge you 3 times more for that nights you would expect the service to be on the same lvl. The gourmet burger for 14€ it’s from the microwave…. And tasteless look a like lays. Rooms not bad but when we come in there was 3 beds in the room one put together with sheets, if we are a couple and ask for a room for 2 why the 3 beds. We had to request to remove one bed and the cleaning lady come in complaining and super upset about it. Plus the two beds are terrible because you can be in the middle as the separate. I don’t mind paying to my stay but almost 500€ for this I don’t think it’s worth it or fair. And I didn’t reserve last minute I did my reservation 6 months ago. Not coming back that’s for sure.
