The hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Elisa made a fantastic impression, positively shaping our first image of the hotel, thanks a lot to her! A big thank you also to Valentina for the lovely surprise in our room! The breakfast was also wonderful, with a great variety of fresh food. I will definitely come back!
My family and I stayed at the NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market during the first leg of our Anniversary Holiday. We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was centrally located which enabled us to walk to the major sites and explore the city. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. Shout out to the staff who were responsive to our questions and requests (especially Michelle via email and Bert at the front desk). Thank you to the team for acknowledging our Anniversary.
We had a great stay at this hotel thanks in large part to Teresa at the front desk, who quickly and efficiently resolved an issue we had with our in-room safe. Her professionalism and helpfulness really stood out and made a big difference in our experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around by tram super convenient. While the immediate area isn’t the most visually appealing, the location overall is very practical for exploring the city.
