NH Collection Barcelona Gran Hotel Calderón

An unforgettable stay at NH Collection Barcelona in May 2024. From the moment i arrived, i was treated like royalty. I was generously upgraded to a massive, stunning suite, bright, luxurious, and impeccably designed. I truly felt like a princess. The location is also perfect, i was able to walk everywhere easily, which made exploring Barcelona even more enjoyable. But what truly touched me and made this experience unforgettable was the level of care and attention from the team. I had lost a lipstick and asked the front desk if it had been found. That evening, when i returned to my room, i was amazed to find a brand-new lipstick and mascara, along with a heartfelt handwritten note from the Guest Experience Manager, who later came to greet me personally. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. It’s rare to encounter such genuine kindness and attention to detail. It’s what turns a great hotel into an exceptional experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so magical. I’ll absolutely be back!

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, everything you could possibly need is nearby, and countless tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. But the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, Raul. From the moment we met him, he made us feel like family. Every time we crossed paths, he checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When we needed to change rooms, he handled it without hesitation. He also gave us fantastic recommendations, including a visit to Sitges, a beautiful beach town that’s just a short, easy train ride away. Thank you so much to NH and especially to Raul for your exceptional hospitality. We’ll miss him dearly!

Hidden gems are the staff! From the check- in where Adrian help me with everything, and kudos to all reception staff. All of them! To the very welcoming guests relations, thanks for the details and decoration of the room! Everything was perfect! Room look so modern and new. Very impecable cleanliness. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Perfect location and has a very good view from the rooftop. I will be back again this summer. Recommended 100%
