NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie

I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Berlin! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly—especially Yuli at the bar, who was so kind and welcoming. All the front-of-house team were attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge selection of delicious options to start the day right. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and I loved the good tea selection and well-stocked minibar in the room. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfort, and amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Highly recommended! 🌟

This is a very nice hotel. The location is perfect for discovering Berlin. Right next to the Mitte U-bahn, but also within walking distance of many tourist sites. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and complete. Also a lot of vegan and lactose-free food.The hotel bar was also nice, though I'd prefer some more lounge seats instead of regular tables. It has a handy parking garage below. The staff was also very nice.

Hotel locates at a very well region of the city, easy access to all touristic spots, shopping and cafes&restaurants. Hotel personnel were kind and helpful. Particularly the recepcion staff and the bar staff were welcoming. Anjana Haggn was so kind and welcoming at the bar. I really appreciated her warm hospitality and serving. I would only recommend that the house keeping team MUST speak English /German at all, otherwise the communication for our requirements is impossible. In fact they are so lovely indeed. Finally, I would recommend maybe the breakfast range could be diversified or changed some days. For example there were no red berries as fruit and were no normal-usual pancakes and hashbrowns. Overall, I am of course happy to experience staying at your hotel as well. Regards,
