NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse

Best hotel stay in Berlin. Before I arrived the general manager contacted me via email about the stay and how they were looking forward to my arrival. Upon checking in there was a welcome catering treats in the room with the personal business card to the general manager. The hotel is perfectly located to visit the heart of Berlin and many tourist attractions. The only negative encounter we had with the hotel was at the hotel bar where it looked to be a homeless man or individual that was not staying at the hotel was allowed to drink and get heavily intoxicated. It was quite unpleasant. The next day the hotel verified room numbers and occupancy. They made the appropriate action to prevent the issue from happening again. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin. The staff were friendly and helpful and is close to the train station.

Everything about the experience was amazing. Our view was incredible, the staff were all friendly, even let us stay after we missed our train. Will be returning to this NH Hotel when we come back.

We spent 4 nights and can summarize the experience as “Excellent” thanks to the kindness, hospitality and high service-awareness of each one of the hotel’s staff we addressed- we felt that the staff is doing its best to make our experience in Berlin best. The room was well maintained, clean and comfortable.
