NH Collection Bogotá Hacienda Royal

We stayed here when our expat daughter delivered our first grandchild at Santa Fe hospital - a short walk away. Very nice hotel with exceptionally nice staff too to bottom. Very well managed hotel - our first time at a NH property and we left with a good vibe for the brand. We had a few lunches in the restaurant and the salads were excellent. Also had two room service dinners, one hit and one miss. The hotel adjoins a sprawling shopping mall for additional convenience. My favorite part of this hotel is that neither my wife or I speak any Spanish and the staff went out of their way to make it easy for use. Super friendly staff. Two thumbs up from us!

I have been staying at this hotel each year for the past four years whenever we visit our family in Colombia, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel staff and the location truly make this place special. They remember us each year, which always makes our stay feel warm and welcoming. Ms. Ana and Mr. Pedro, in particular, are the most caring and wonderful people! We travel with our son, who has been coming with us since he was three years old, and the hotel’s location is fantastic—it’s right across the street from a large park where we love to spend time together every morning after breakfast. The area is very safe and incredibly convenient for our needs. Overall, our experiences here have been nothing short of delightful!

Great location, awesome service by Brandon for most of our stay. A couple of gripes would be: first, some linens should be decommissioned, they are old already. And second, some mold in the bathroom really takes away from the experience. Overall good value, location and service, a couple of things to improve
