NH Collection Bogotá Royal Teleport

The NH Collection Bogota Teleport Royal is great for business trips to Bogota. Offering generous, comfortable rooms with balconies featuring nice views of the city of Bogota. Even better is the service and assistance provided by the front desk, especially Luisa and Sofia were amazing. I can highly recommend the place, looking forward to stay there again.

This is the best hotel ive found in Bogota. Great installations, rooms and Spa. Really cant complain. Food is very solid with reasonable prices (bonus points for one of the best sunday brunch in the city), and the service was familiar and professional. Might stay here every time I come. Location is also ideal in my opinion as all other roads seem to be permanently blocked, very walkable surroundings with nice restaurants and activities. If I were to think about elements to improve, I think the registration for guests at the hotel was a bit strange. It's probably a Colombia thing and not only for this hotel, but it seemed to be the only one enforcing this registration in my opinion. Also the showers in the upper floors have very little pressure (I know its a hard problem to fix) Other than that, really no complaints, hope to see you guys in a couple of years!

Excellent hotel, must stay. The rooms, food and location are hard to beat. Overall, quite a pleasant stay (5 nights). Service is top-level, especially Jessenia at the front desk who went above and beyond.
