I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was modern and beds were comfortable. We had a leak in our first allocated room. We told reception straight away and they moved us immediately and were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend

Since having our son in 2021 we have found the NH hotel brand to be very accommodating for families, competitively priced and in good locations throughout Europe. We stayed in the NH Sablon in 2023 and it was a wonderful stay. Almost 2 weeks ago we decided to stay in a different location and chose the NH Collection Brussels Center. From the day we arrived and to the moment we left everything was exceptional. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels over the years and for a hotel that is 4 stars the service is 5 star. The family room was spacious and well maintained. The location was pretty close to most things, so we found we could easily walk to most locations in the center. The metro was a 3 min walk away if needed. A special thank you to the manager Jonathan and his team in the reception for making us all smile. Our son fell in love with you all. The only problem we have is that since coming back to London, our son has been asking to return to the hotel everyday lol. We look forward to returning to Belgium soon.

Very good location and spacious rooms. Terrible water temperature — there were times in which “hot” water was barely warm: not something you would expect even if multiple rooms were showering at the same time. Good toiletries. Excellent breakfast, few coffee machines. For some reason the rooftop is full of bees, which makes the outdoor dining experience unbearable. There are 3 elevators, which barely work (there was always one elevator out of service, stalled, etc) so ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Luggage storage is very secure and guests are not allowed to enter the room. There is no coffee available in the lobby for guests, which seems very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Supposedly there was one in the mezzanine but one day it was there and the next it wasn’t. I was charged incorrectly for breakfast and had to reach out to the front desk for assistance. Might not have noticed if I didn’t have CC alerts on my email. Regarding staff, Jonathan was extremely helpful and attentive, but the night shift manager was very unpleasant to deal with.
