An outstanding hotel experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. I want to especially highlight Joseph, the hotel manager – kind, attentive, professional, and always available with a smile. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and took care of every detail. Thanks to him, our vacation was far better than expected. Highly recommended – and we’ll definitely be back!

I loved this accommodation; we had a two-bedroom apartment (two level) with terrace, the apartment was great, clean and spacious, the most impressive part are the staff. Everyone was fantastic, especially the lovely girl who checked us in, she was so knowledgeable and helpful for our first stay in the beautiful Budapest!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, with a rate of 130 EUR per night booked by my company. Personally, I feel the price is quite high compared to other 4–5 star hotels in the area. The facilities are rather outdated — the walls and cabinets have peeling paint, and the slippers provided in the room were quite dirty, even with some blood stains. The bedsheets did not feel very clean either, and I found several dead mosquitoes on the bed. Overall, I think the hotel could really benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness to match its price level. It’s acceptable for a short business stay, but if you’re paying out of pocket, the value for money is very low.
