Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Superb service. Delicious breakfast. I'm a breakfast person, so huge thanks to Nadia who made an already delicious array of breakfast treats even more enjoyable with her welcoming smile and helpfulness. Not forgetting Tamara too. It was a pleasant team effort. Our daily made to order fried eggs were yummy everyday - thanks to chef Anabela. Thanks all for getting up soooooooo early to look after your hotel guests. It can be a thankless task, but please remember you're truly appreciated. 💛💐 I mustn't leave out Gabriel (plus a female staff on the day we arrived whose name I can't remember now) and Juan in reception. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your helpfulness and service with a smile. Truly appreciated. 💛💐

Great location. Close to everything, and safe streets at all hours of the night. Awesome hospitality. It's connected to the sister hotel right next door and can use all their amenities, including an awesome rooftop pool. Their breakfast is great. This hotel, vs its sister hotel(taller building) does not provide a great street view, so don't spend extra for a view. However, all its other perks outweigh the view you would want at this location.

Melissa from HSKP is great and she is very helpful.. all the staff at the hotel including the Fiona, Diana, Gabriel and Juan.. great service and nothing beats the wonderful service and helpful staff.. the girl that took care of us at the cafe next door was amazing as well
