I was able to stay here recently for a few days on a business trip. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with many great sights within walking distance. The staff was incredible - so kind, so helpful. I plan on returning in the future.
Big shout out to Sandra Christina Valeria! She went up and above beyond the call of duty! She is definitely an asset to NH collection Buenos Aires Jousten! She was super nice, very friendly and helped us tremendously. Thank you. we only had dinner there this go round… But next time we will definitely stay there because of Sandra🥰🥰👏👏
Honest Frequent Traveler Review: This is a small for beautiful and historic building. The overall design and ambience along with the strategic location makes this a very good hotel. On the areas to pay attention to is that you will not get more coffee,etc unless you pay even if you are staying for some nights( as per global standards for this kind of hotels is unacceptable), also, some staff tends to be rude and they forget they receive international guests who are not minded not familiar with the way they behave- talk.
