Very nice hotel, away from the main tourist areas, but still very convenient. Very friendly helpful staff in all departments. (Special mention to Liliana on reception, who sorted out a dance show booking for us.) Good range of options at breakfast (hot options a little limited). Large, functional and quiet room. Good bathroom. Good to have a coffee machine and kettle in the room.
Accomodations are great and the staff very welcoming. Unfortunately I had a hard time with the wi-fi, barely working in my room. After I mentioned to the staff, it improved slightly but still could not properly work or have video calls properly. Besides that, it is a great location - central and close to main attractions.
Not a bad hotel overall. Also the price difference for the suite is well worth it (around USD 20 at the time). But they wanted to charge USD 40 for 1-2 hours late check-out time, although the hotel was not full (confirmed by booking.com and earlier reception personnel). Not normal. I will not stay in this hotel again; and will check beforehand if I decide to go to an NH Collection hotel in the future. Also, pillows were not good.
