NH Collection Dubai The Palm

I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel. A special thank you to the reception team—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They really made a difference. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. Also, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had dinner at the sports bar and the experience was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service from Shishir. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and truly professional, always with a smile and anticipating our needs without being intrusive. He recommended dishes that turned out to be absolutely delicious and answered all our questions with knowledge and warmth. His attitude made the evening even more special. First-class service that deserves to be recognized — we will definitely be back!

The rooms are pristine, and the service is outstanding. The amenities are also great - I especially enjoyed using the gym, and spending time by the rooftop pool and private beach during my stay here. There is also a great supermarket in the mall right across the street that I frequented for snacks and meals during my stay here, as such the location was perfect for me. My only gripe was that the prices of drinks were very high($20 USD for beer, $7 for a water) however this is somewhat expected at a resort type establishment.
