NH Collection Gent

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. A special mention goes to Raad, our waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive every single day. He truly went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel was perfectly located in center which makes our trip easy. Room was well decorated and super clean. Bed was comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Thank you for Clarissa and her team who greeted us humbly. Bar was cozy and dinner was tasty. Also breakfast buffet had big selection. It was great to stay in NH collection Ghent.

This was my favorite stay in Belgium. We had a junior suite and it was enormous and had a great view! The service was so friendly and helpful and this was our first city in Belgium, so we needed it! They have rentable umbrellas at the lobby, a really nice hotel bar, waters with fresh mint or cucumber (one of each) some candy, etc. In the room, they had Nespresso style coffee, but I believe it was a different brand. Very tasty! The bathroom had the best shower I've had in years! Nice size and very clean. It did have a 'just-built" feel to it and I would guess it was recently renovated. The location was great and we were able to walk to so many things to see and places to eat. The mini fridge was a bit small for us. It was fully stocked and while that's nice, we like to have space to put our own drinks in there and there really wasn't a lot of room. For the room, we realized that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people all around you and in the hallways. It didn't bother us too much though. Great stay and if return if ever back in the area!
