NH Collection Madrid Abascal

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel during our recent business trip to Spain. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our work team, providing a well-equipped boardroom that was perfect for our meetings. They also arranged delicious catering that kept everyone energized throughout the day. The guest rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained—exactly what we needed after long working hours. What truly stood out was the top-quality service and genuine kindness from every team member at the hotel. From start to finish, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for any business or leisure stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at NH Hotel Madrid during the weekend of August 2nd. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. What really stood out was the excellent service — especially from one of the employees and a trainee working that weekend. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Book! This! Hotel! If you are reading this review, it means you are looking for a hotel in Madrid. You aren’t going to do better than Madrid Abascal in this price point (or really any price point). This place is reasonably priced, well-located, close to transit options, clean, bright, and oddly enough smells great. :) (I think NH Collection hotels use some signature scent in their lobbies). But where this hotel really wins is in the staff. They are incredibly nice and friendly. They noticed my birthday and as a couple of days into my stay and they had a dessert delivered to me with a candle in it and a card. Who does that?!?! It was amazing. One person in particular - Lisette at the front desk - was spectacular. Always a smile. Always a warm hello. She offered us water and snacks immediately when we walked in from a scorching Madrid day. Walked us to our room. Helped us find anything we needed. Brought us sweets when she noticed we were looking for some. 10/10 above and beyond service. This is a real review. I was a real guest. I received nothing in exchange for the review. This place was just 100% authentically and genuinely awesome.
