I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in several key areas. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a wide variety of public transport options available nearby. Ambiance: Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere. The pleasant fragrance and overall ambiance make it a welcoming place. Room Comfort: Our room was a delightful retreat—spacious and comfortable, it provided a perfect haven for relaxation. The bedding was exceptionally soft and clean, and the towels felt almost brand new, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast: One of the highlights of our trip was the breakfast. The variety offered was nothing short of stunning, featuring everything from light pancakes to delicious French omelets. Each dish was exceptionally fresh and tasty, providing a great start to our day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay with fantastic amenities. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

I’ve stayed at NH Collection Eurobuilding multiple times and overall it’s one of my go-to hotels in Madrid. The location is fantastic — tucked in a more business-oriented part of the city, but still very central and well connected. It’s peaceful at night, but close to restaurants, shops, and just a short ride from the main tourist areas. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby is sleek and stylish, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. The beds are great and there’s plenty of space, especially compared to many other hotels in the city. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team. Breakfast is a major highlight. There’s a wide range of fresh, high-quality options — fruit, pastries, made-to-order eggs, juices, local specialties — and it’s well worth adding to your booking if it’s not already included. The bar downstairs is also a nice surprise — great service, a good selection of drinks, and a chill atmosphere whether you’re winding down after a day of sightseeing or grabbing a casual drink with colleagues at the "Happy Hour". They’ve recently upgraded the gym, and it shows — it’s clean, spacious, and equipped with modern machines. If you like to work out while traveling, this is one of the better hotel gyms in Madrid. Now for the downside: I’ve had issues more than once with the air conditioning in the rooms. On a couple of stays, the AC just wouldn’t cool the room no matter what I did — and it can get uncomfortably warm, especially in the summer or if you’re on a higher floor. It’s not consistent, but when it happens, it’s frustrating. I’ve reported it, and staff did their best to help, but it seems like something they need to address more thoroughly. That said, the overall experience has kept me coming back. It’s a great hotel with high standards and solid service — just be aware of the AC quirks and maybe check it as soon as you check in. Otherwise, highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Madrid.

We paid €100 per night, but we can't access the spa unless we pay an additional €30 per day. The booking didn't specify that the spa isn't included, nor the additional cost. It would be nice to specify this when booking. The room is nice and spacious enough, but the damaged mirror and parquet floors don't justify the high price. Yes, you can definitely find nice hotels with full service at a lower price.
