NH Collection Madrid Suecia

I stayed here last week for two nights with my partner, and we were really impressed with the customer service and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and the staff were very accommodating and always willing to help and suggest restaurants and places for us to visit during our stay in Madrid. The room was very clean and hygienic, the location of this hotel is amazing as well, and sits right next to a beautiful roof top bar. I do want to highlight that I felt the customer service and hospitality we received during our stay was exceptional. The staff here really do go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay and are happy with your experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Madrid. I will be returning - such a beautiful city (and hotel!) :)

My experience at this hotel was truly amazing. First of all, the service was beyond expectations. The staff was always attentive and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. A special mention to Ali and Dani G, who were incredibly helpful and polite, and played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience. As for the location, it’s absolutely perfect! The hotel is centrally located, close to many tourist attractions and essential facilities. The easy access to public transportation made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and a strategic location, this hotel is the perfect choice!
