I am currently staying at this hotel. I have been waiting almost 2 hours for my restroom to be cleaned after they came to unclog the toilet. I called the front desk to inform them about the toilet being clogged. It took almost an hour to get that fixed and now have waited for almost another hour. I’m waiting for the restroom and toilet to be cleaned/disinfected. I can’t use the restroom or even shower. I have wasted my entire evening waiting to use the actual room.

We were very interested in NH Hotel as a wedding reception venue. I visited the hotel and spoke with a kind woman who promised to send a quote. After a week of no response, I emailed her, then followed up again—still nothing. Two weeks later, I inquired through their website, and now, at three weeks, we still haven't heard back. This lack of responsiveness is incredibly disappointing. We really liked the hotel, but their failure to follow up made us feel completely undervalued as potential clients. It's disheartening when a venue you genuinely like demonstrates such irresponsibility in pursuing business. For such an important event, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. We cannot recommend NH Hotel based on our experience.
