Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You’re made to feel like a VIP from check-in to checkout. One of the biggest standouts? Cleanliness. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms to the gym and spa, was spotless. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping things pristine. We had a fabulous time at the NH hotel in Reforma! The service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and super attentive. The location is perfect, very close to a lot of good restaurants and to the Angel of Independence. We got the breakfast and WOW! absolutely delicious. Fresh fruit, fresh juice, champagne, yogurt, omelets, pastries - you name it! The room was cozy, and the amenities were nice. The bed was comfy but we would have liked extra blankets. Also, there was no light at the entrance of our room so it was a bit darker than we would have liked. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were too dark, with limited lighting from both the ceiling and near the bed, making the space feel dim and uninviting. Additionally, the hallways outside the rooms were poorly lit, which didn’t help the overall ambiance. Also, not all the electric outlets inside the room worked. The most disappointing part of our stay was at check-in, when I was unexpectedly asked to pay nearly $400 USD more than what had been confirmed by the NH Collection reservations department for our 6-night, 4-room booking. Thankfully, I had all my documentation printed and ready, which helped support my case. However, the front desk needed to investigate the issue internally and said they would follow up. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any updates during the week, leaving us uncertain and stressed about whether we’d be charged the higher amount. It wasn’t until check-out that the front desk apologized, confirmed their mistake through recorded calls, and honored the original agreed-upon price. While I appreciate the resolution, the lack of communication throughout the stay was frustrating and overshadowed our overall experience.
