We go in Milan each year for a few days and we can’t imagine staying in another hotel. The service is amazing. Everything you may need you can get and always with a smile. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of diversity of fresh and local products.

We stayed here as a family and were genuinely impressed by how well everything was designed—not just visually, but practically too. The hotel’s modern look gives it a sleek and stylish vibe, but it’s also warm and welcoming, which made it perfect for both relaxing and unwinding after sightseeing. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Portello metro station, which made getting around the city super easy with kids in tow. The nearby CityLife Shopping District had plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made a big difference during our stay. There was plenty of space to spread out, which we really appreciated after a long day of walking around Milan. A special shout-out to the reception staff, who were so pleasant and helpful. It made us feel incredibly welcome. Overall, it was a memorable and hassle-free experience for our family.
