This hotel was perfect - great location, lovely rooms and best of all efficient and kind staff. The Filipina lady from the front desk Therese was most helpful and we appreciate her kind and lovely service! We will surely recommend to family and friends and we will come back.
The location is good, the rooms size is suitable compared with price. The breakfast was delicious but the same menu every day. The only disadvantage that many time the some staff from the hotel open the room without a permission while we are inside the room. No parking available in the hotel, but you can find many parkings around the hotel.
I stayed at NH Collection Milano Touring for three nights from July 26–29, 2025. Overall, the experience was good and the hotel offers solid value for money, but there are a few areas for improvement. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable layout. However, the shower area could use a more thorough deep clean—there was visible grime where the glass meets the ledge which detracted from an otherwise tidy room. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay, (special kudos to our front desk person who helped us check in, a Filipino lady whose name I can’t recall, but she was very professional, friendly and helpful!). We had the buffet breakfast for two days, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Hot dishes were cold and frequently empty, likely due to high demand that the staff couldn’t quite keep up with. On the plus side, the fruit selection was fresh and the coffee station was very good. The hotel’s lobby and lounge area are stylish and comfortable—nice places to relax. Location-wise, it's about a 10–15 minute walk to the Duomo and around 10 minutes from the central train station (we opted for an Uber on arrival, which was easy and convenient). All in all, it’s a well-priced hotel with a lot of potential. With improved breakfast service and a deeper clean in the shower area, I would’ve given it a 4 star experience.
