NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro

This is a very nice hotel in Monterrey! It’s very clean and well kept. It’s also attached to a shopping center which provides easy entertainment, even if it’s window shopping (quite pricey name brands can be found there). Be sure to add the breakfast included to your stay. Every morning is a feast “a la Mexicana”! Totally worth it. Don’t be jealous if your breakfast is a piece toast when you could have had the buffet. Enjoy your stay friends!

The hotel was truly great, and the facilities were very clean. I met Alfredo, who works at the hotel restaurant. He was very hardworking and always asked if I needed anything. Thanks to this staff member, my experience at the hotel was excellent. It was truly a wonderful experience!

This is our first time to visit Monterrey and my husband booked this hotel as seeing some good reviews. However, the cleanliness in the bathroom is doubtful and we suspected that it was a corner room that being placed for idle for a long time. We didn’t change the room as we were too tired. However, the shower temperature is just not warm enough! There is not even a bit of steam during shower time! We’ve contacted the receptionist but failed to get a workable solution. We got a service man to show up in one night and claimed to check outside but never came back. The problem persists and we dialed again but not hearing back or receive any alternative solution! I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel anymore. Great location, but with this price, I can find other better choices.
