Spent two weeks here due to a business trip and my stay was just LOVELY! Perfect location in the city centre and near many attractions, in the historical side of the town. Rooms are tidy and well furnished, not huge but still good. Nice wardrobe to use if your stay is longer. Breakfast was just perfect: plenty of choice, fresh products and the staff was always ready to satisfy our requests. Also possible to order omelettes and eggs! Will definitely come back
It was a fantastic experience. We arrived late, at 3 a.m. the day after check-in, and the receptionist offered us a late checkout without us having to request it. It was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. The hotel's location is excellent and quiet. I would stay there again.
We booked a 7 night stay and the entrance of the hotel was so ghetto, the first impression. The one in the polanco area looked so much better. This hotel says it’s a 4 star hotel but it has nothing that would say it’s a 4 star hotel. The room was ok, nothing fancy that I’m used to. The shower doesn’t even close of the way. The shower head sucks because it doesn’t have enough pressure. Anyways I regret choosing this location. The outside area is so low class and there’s homeless people sleeping next to the hotel. The bathroom area is not clean and the shower has mold.
