Great location, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities! Very accessible by public transport as it is less than a 5min walk from Munich Central station. Only critique would be that there are often long lines at the front desk and only one person manning 32 counters. Was waiting for over 30mins to collect a bag that was left with them but otherwise great hotel and will definitely book here again

Good location within walking distance to the "High Street" in Munich. The room had good quality furnishings. The one I stayed in wasn't that big, but enough for a couple or someone staying solo. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection of food to pick from. Staff were friendly, but with only one or two attending to guests, you might be waiting a bit longer than desired to check-in if you arrive when there is a queue. The highlight of my stay was a fire alarm incident where all guests had to vacate the hotel using the stairs! Felt sorry for older guests who climbed downstairs from 10+ floors 🙁. All in all, enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this place to those visiting the area.

The hotel has a convenient location close to the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. However, the surrounding area is unfortunately quite neglected — it’s dirty, with a significant presence of homeless people, which impacts the overall feeling of safety and comfort. Upon entering the hotel, there’s a very strong artificial fragrance in the lobby, which seems intended to cover up unpleasant odors — and it’s quite overwhelming. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious and clean. That said, from what I’ve heard from other guests, there seems to be inconsistency in room quality — some are better than others. Breakfast is good — medium variety and good quality. The staff is helpful and professional. However, one major drawback was the air conditioning. It simply couldn’t handle the heat — both in the conference rooms and in the guest rooms. During our stay, outside temperatures were around 30°C (86°F), and it was uncomfortably warm inside despite the AC being on. Overall, there are both strengths and weaknesses here — good service and food, but let down by the surroundings and poor climate control.
