I was staying together with my friends for one night at the NH hotel in Olomouc and I was amazed by the excellent services, and comfort this hotel provided to us. In addition I very much enjoyed the location which is near a sport center surrounded by large green area, cycling trails and beautiful nature. You do not feel like you would be staying in a city!
We had a great stay - rich breakfast, lovely staff, modern and luxurious rooms! Special thank you to Anna Berkova for the extra attention and care! We will be coming back!
We are very disappointed. We came as tourists and were not allowed in the pool because our child is under 10. We were not informed about the restriction anywhere in advance. The hotel, despite being connected to the pool, thinks that it is not their problem. "No, because no, and what will you do to us?"
