NH Collection Palacio De Burgos

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can opt out of daily cleaning service in lieu of a drink ticket to be used at the bar. They have consumables in the rooms that are environmentally friendly. The breakfast buffet is incredible, very fresh lots of options and the chef will make you eggs and an omelet anyway that you’d like. Each morning you get to sample a different style of smoothie. The wait staff in the restaurant are fantastic. There is an outdoor deck and full gym with sauna on the third floor. The location is about a five minute walk to the cathedral and it’s on the street that runs parallel to the beautiful river that flows through the town. I was in Burgos for the dance World Cup, where my daughter was performing. I broke my toe on the first day of the trip and the hotel supplied me with fresh ice for my foot every day. No questions asked!! I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Burgos.

L'hotel NH collection Palacio de Burgos is situated in a wonderful location with quick access to green area and nearby the center and the prominent cathedral de Burgos. This hotel is one of the kind thanks to its authentic architecture of a historic convent.Personally, I would recommend having the hotel breakfast for very hungry people, because you won't be disappointed in the diversity of foods they propose. Even delicious local products. You will need a heavy breakfast after trying to get in your bed because they make it very tight. But your sleep will be profoundly restful. Finally, I would like to congratulate and thank the whole staff team that helped us one morning when we found a flat wheel.  Everyone did their part to restore it. Great teamwork, patience and always with a smile. Thank you very much for welcoming us so warmly !

Beautiful historic facility in walking distance of all attractions. Would recomend if cultural feel and history are what you desire. Amazing breakfast daily, water is safe for drinking, staff very accommodating it's just right. Beautiful.
