NH Collection Palacio de Tepa

The NH Collection Palacio de Tepa in Madrid exceeded our expectations in every way, from the bellhop who greeted us at the door, to the reception staff and the restaurant staff. All the employees went out of their way to make our stay feel special. Reception arranged for a paella dinner and our waitress, Veronica, made us feel like family. Upon giving our compliments to the Chef, we had contact with two Chefs that were so inviting and appreciative. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. The rooms have everything you would need. The NH Collection Palacio de Tepa is located in a great location near wonderful food, shopping and the subway. We will return, but not soon enough!

We had a wonderful stay here while exploring Madrid! Initially there was a small snafu with the communication between the hotel’s booking system and American Express, whom we booked with, but the staff resolved the issue and made sure we were next door to a family member upon request! The hotel is beautiful, clean and most importantly, located within walking distance to all of the major sites! Breakfast is fresh and delicious with a variety of options! This hotel is a must if you need a place to stay in Madrid!

Service at this hotel was excellent. We paid for an upgraded room which was beautiful with everything we could need. The buffet breakfast in the morning was worth the upgrade as well with very fresh options. Beds were very comfortable, only downside was a bit of noise due to location, but the location was walking distance to a subway transit station (Sol) and main train station (Atocha) made it very easy to get around. Very walkable area as well.
