We had an amazing stay at this hotel – the facilities were great, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was really cozy, and the mattress was super comfortable with soft, smooth linens. We also liked that there were a few different pillows to choose from, which made sleeping even more comfortable. The sound insulation in the room was excellent – we barely heard any noise from outside, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. There are several lifts in the lobby, so we never had to wait long for one, even during busy times. The spa area was clean and had a very calming vibe. We were given towels and sheets to use in the sauna, which was a nice touch and made everything feel well thought out. Our room was cleaned every day, and we were really impressed by the attention to detail. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the young lady at reception (sadly, we didn’t catch her name), who was particularly kind and welcoming. We honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you again from Julia and Nicholas. P.S. A huge thanks for the birthday cake – it was such a lovely surprise, and we really appreciated it!
I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. The location is excellent: close to the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also just a short walk from the train station, where the Airport Express arrives, providing convenient access to the international airport in about 30 minutes. The building, once a bank, still has a visitable vault, but has been completely renovated. Fresh flowers and live music (piano, harp, guitar) create a particularly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is exceptional, in true NH style. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were kindly upgraded to s superior room. In particular, the customer relations service was invaluable in helping us plan our long weekend in Prague, with advice on cultural visits and other personal needs. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. The SPA is included in the price and offers a gym, swimming pool, and Turkish bath; other services are available for an additional fee. Not a big Spa, but nice.
If you’re planning a trip to Prague—whether for a quick getaway or an extended stay—I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The property itself feels like an attraction, boasting breathtaking architecture and intricate interior design details that capture the city’s charm. Breakfast each morning was a delight, complete with a harpist creating an elegant atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was equally exceptional, with dishes that impressed in both presentation and flavor. Most evenings, a pianist performed in the lobby, providing the perfect backdrop as I enjoyed their expertly crafted cocktails. The staff went above and beyond, offering attentive service and seamless assistance with my luggage. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, the air conditioning was a welcome comfort, and the bathrooms were stocked with every essential. This hotel truly made my Prague experience unforgettable.
