Clean spacious room and great staff. Highly recommend getting a massage during your stay. It was a wonderfully relaxing reset after arriving Quito, and Ana is the best!
This was a lovely hotel. It was clean & modern, the room well appointed. It had an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely courteous & helpful. I will definitely stay here if I return to Quito.
The customer service was amazing but I had more issues with my room than not. Upon arrival there were no towels or robe. I did get the towels but never got a robe despite asking multiple times. The water in my room was always just barely like warm. The breakfast is nice, don’t skip it.
