Very good hotel, special thanks for the waiters. The service was expcetional and the food delicious. Room is very comfortable. Breakfast could have better salami and proscuitto and a better coffee machine, but other than that, it was a perfect choice to be here for 1 night
3rd visit to this wonderful hotel and still as fabulous as the first time. Beautiful building and very well appointed rooms. All staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend. Turin is a great city. We will be back
The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The restaurant for dinner was delicious. We had an early departure time and the staff prepared breakfast boxes for us to take away at 4am, what amazing service. The views are great and the location on the plaza meant easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was they had not turned on the air conditioning in early June despite the day time high temperatures being in the low 30s Celsius. The room was very warm as a result. Otherwise, a definitely positive stay with the most accommodating and helpful staff.
