NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Dei Dogi

The staff facility and location are lovely. We planned to visit Venice for a few days and did so during a celebration. The Hotel made us feel special and valued as guests providing some perks like a visit to Murano and a gala dinner with fireworks from the water. We did have cooling issue in the first room we were given but the Hotel moved us and all was great.

I had the chance to stay at the NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel in July as my initial stop in Venice, and it was a great experience. The staff at the Grand Hotel were very welcoming, and special thanks to Taylan, who cared about each guest and provided an exceptionally warm, detailed, and professional service. This hotel used to be an Autograph Collection property; it still retains its elegant charm and is very well maintained. Although it takes a walk to reach the center of Venice, which provides a good exercise experience, the area where the property is located has a quiet setting that enables guests to appreciate the local unique culture and the daily lives of Venetians. Overall, it was a great stay.

The minute we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted with such great service and hospitality. They were able to check us in early, which was an added bonus plus. Next, they were super helpful and provided us a tour and introduction to our room and helped us with all of our needs. We were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary, and they were kind enough to provide us with a bottle of champagne. What we love the most about this hotel was that it was tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle of Venice. It didn’t mean that we had to walk a bit further every day and night when we had to go back to our hotel, but it was so worth it! It provided us with peace and quiet after a long day of exploring and touring. They kept the room, super clean and provided housekeeping twice a day. The breakfast that they provided every day was always plentiful and everybody that was helping to serve us was always nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
