NH Danube City

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna! The service was top-notch from start to finish. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thanks to Jakob, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He recommended places to visit and sights to see in the city. The location was ideal for exploring, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-run. The hotel also had great air conditioning which our last hotel in Paris didn’t have. Highly recommend Hotel NH for anyone visiting Vienna—we definitely be back!

The hotel is at an okay location from the city center. Staff was great. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from. The lobby bar had a gathering of people (like 20) and they were of course drinking and talking so the sound level was unbearable. It felt like entering a convention center. The sound was bouncing around the walls like a rabbit on cocaine. Bed was too firm for my liking despite my own mattress at home being pretty firm. The room was fairly priced for what we got.

A most enjoyable stay at Hotel NH Danube last week. The staff members we dealt with were brilliant - most helpful and accommodating. I want to particularly highlight the amazing restaurant staff - most especially Lara, Jakob and Peris, who were so attentive and went the 'extra kilometre' to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was a real pleasure with Peris in attendance. 'Live cooking' is a great addition to breakfast. Thank you all so much!
