NH Dortmund Hotel

I have tremendously enjoyed my staying at the NH Hotel in Dortmund . Extremely friendly staff, gigantic room, super clean, very quite, 1 Minute walking from the central Station, very rich breakfast. One of my best hotel experiences ever. Don't hesitate

I had a wonderful stay at NH Dortmund. The spacious rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for both relaxing and working. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the start, and the delicious breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel’s central location made getting around easy, especially with the train station nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience — I’d happily stay here again!

On the negative side, I have been charged twice for no reason. The hotel is in a good location, but it can be noisy during night time. During my stay, for whatever reason, they have provided only one set of duvet/towels, even though I have booked for two people. In our call to reception to bring us one more set, they have replied that they are fully occupied at that moment; as such, no room service was available, and we shall go to reception on our own to get the missing stuff. On the good side, the room was cosy and large in size. Update 27.06.2025. Days are passing, and I still haven't been refunded the double charge to my credit card. Beyond an initial email, no further responses or resolution to my case. Traveling extensively, first time experienced something like that. Update 02.07.2025, Have been refunded the double charged amount.
