NH Düsseldorf City

This has been my second time staying in this hotel but this time I felt I really had to leave a review. This is a fantastic hotel. It is spotlessly clean, confortable and the decor is really stylish. The staff are so very friendly and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. It is also literally a few steps from a U-Bahn stop from which you can get to any point of interest within the city literally within minutes. I will definitely be back.

Stayed one night. The location is great—right next to a metro station and about 10 minutes’ walk from the main train station. I was given a room in a section outside the main building, which took about 5 minutes to reach, but the room itself was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast, but overall it was a nice stay.

Do NOT stay here unless you want your items stolen. Would rate it a 0 if i could Mice in eating area, dirty rooms looks like something out of 1980s. Our underwear,toiletries, cash and electronics were stolen while we were out and hotel staff blamed us? Super sketchy our room was broken into at 4am. Police were called because hotel staff couldn’t care less and DO NOT care that their staff are thieves. Absolutely appalling service from this hotel not to mention the mice scurrying around where people are supposed to be eating, lobby might look nice but it’s a facade absolutely disgusting, would rather sleep on the street since it’s probably cleaner and safer 🤮 BE CAREFUL
