NH Frankfurt Airport West

We had a fantastic stay here! 2 nights in a beautiful room with breakfast and two complimentary drinks were all given to us on the house. We also made the most of the gym and sauna - fantastic! Thank you to the wonderful NH team for making our stay a special one 🥰

I had a very smooth experience staying here at NH frankfurt west. I was here for a conference and later stayed for a personal reason. In both cases I loved the stay. The food, service, staff, rooms, maintenance and location are all perfect. Being close to the airport they also offer free bus shuttle service twice a day. For me it's a great value for the price we are paying. Highly recommended. Lastly I stored my luggage for a few days and they promptly handed it back to me on my arrival later.

Before you make a booking, I want to highlight that the room's air conditioning was unfortunately quite inadequate. While the staff were very friendly and cooperative throughout our stay, they were unable to resolve the issue. The rooms became uncomfortably warm and poorly ventilated at night, which made it difficult for my children to sleep.
