NH Frankfurt Messe

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. Not good for putting on makeup

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to especially commend Suzi for her excellent service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job—my room was always spotless and well-organized. There was a lovely lady who took great care in cleaning the room, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Both of them made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work. The bathtub drain was clogged in the room they gave us the following day.
