Comfy beds and pillows, great location and all is pretty well thought out in the room, for the low price is a gem
I loved the sunny suite they gave me overlooking a beautiful park. It was super clean and modern. The only thing is I missed having their fresh coffee machine. The young man at reception (sorry, I forgot his name, but he used to live in Hannover) was excellent and so accommodating. He checks you in, answers questions, pours your wine, gets your amenities, AND signed me up for the frequent guest program! Please thank him for me.
Our family was unable to take a proper shower because there was no hot water available which is unacceptable and inconvenient. My child caught cold that night because of it.
