I had an amazing experience with this place! Price are acceptable Room was super clean and cosy Location is mid of Genoa Top service! Stuff are so helpful and friendly no hassle at all! Love it! I would mention some names as well Julia Annabelle Benedetta Milen Marcelo Claudio Who’s hard working people which first steps forward to make your staying feel like home! Would recommend!

The rooms are great, only there are no views. The gym is great and breakfast aswell with gluten free, lactose free and vegan options. Tge location is very centric about 10min walk from everything. The only bemol is that, when we got the room, the bathroom wasn't completely clean.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed is ok. That's it. That's all I can say positive about this hotel. I paid €568 for a three night stay in April. The room is unbelievably dated. Bathroom has stains on the sink. I have a bath for a shower. There is absolutely no view from the room. The noise of the refrigerator woke me every 25 minutes during the night. The breakfast is completely sub par. With awful coffee. This is meant to be a four star. I think what really gets me is the value for money. It's the worst that I have ever experienced. I'm paying €190 a night as a single traveller. If I paid €50 I think it may be ok but not four times that. I wanted to give 1.5 stars as I thought 1 was too low and 2 too high. If you have money to burn and don't care about the quality of your accommodation, stay here.
