Top hotel. Great location in city centre at the bottom of the Schlossberg. Many rooms have a view of the clock tower. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Service is always excellent. Lovely comprehensive breakfast where you can order freshly made fried eggs and bacon. It's my go-to hotel now in Graz.
Very beautiful. I love the location of the hotel, it’s in the Center of the city but still calm and relaxing 🤗😍🙌 the atmosphere is great not just because of the respectful staff but also because of the impressive and modest facility. I highly recommend 🤩 it was a pleasant stay and everything went well 🥂
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Graz, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room was quite deteriorated and not very clean. It definitely needs renovation and better upkeep. Disappointing overall, especially considering the NH brand standards.
