Great hospitality! Location is very convenient and breakfast at hotel is great! Room is clean & bed & pillows are so comfortable! There is this particular service staff (shout out to Willie ) ,who pays attention to details like getting me the Mayonaise from the kitchen two days in a row (as they are not available at the salad bar counter😊. It’s the small things like this that made my day & warm my heart! Thank you Willie & NH Hotel!🥰
5 Stars all the way! I stayed at Hotel NH Groningen for business for 2 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are always accommodating, be it housekeeping, reception or waitrons. The Breakfast team are always on point and willing to help with anything. The Breakfast is a great way to start the day and a good selection of cold and hot buffet. The Reception staff are very accommodating and always ready to help with anything. I had borrowed a work bicycle and they were very accommodating with having it secured for the night. The location is perfect not only for our office, and also exploring Groningen central, everything is literally 10-20min walking. I would recommend NH for business or holiday travel, as it never disappoints.
2nd visit in 8 months. The best experience. Rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable. The staff was 5 star all the way. So accommodating and polite. The food amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks each stay and plan on going back next year. Thank you NH Groningen for making us feel at home.
