I arrived late feeling tired, 19:30 or so. The lady at the reception, Geraldine I believe, was pleasant, friendly and made me feel welcome almost immediately. I found the room to be clean with all amenities I required. I slept with the window open and slept like a baby, very quiet. The breakfast was wasted on me, so much choice, it was truly unbelievable. I would without hesitation recommend staying here in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it feels a little like home.
Great rooms, although single rooms are small. The bed is large for a single person, but not usable for two. Good online check-in service, which makes it easy to arrive at the hotel and get settled. The location is good for visiting Hamburg, but very close to a large road. I had a room away from the road and couldn't hear traffic at all. The bathroom sink is located outside the bathroom, which was a weird design.
Great location! Wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 days and took full advantage of the subway and tours of the city. Luna was an enormous help. Go to Authtikka! Incredible food right next door
